Commercial Roofing Tennessee

In 2022, we installed a spray foam roof over a 9,600 sq. ft. building. The building had wood, metal, rubber, and smooth built-up roofing systems.

The highlight of this project was running foam up to a log wall, over a metal roof, and up a 6ft. stucco wall.

In 2013, we were called out to help the team at the McMinn County Schools with two of their school buildings for 51,400 sq foot of commercial roof in Tennessee.

We removed all of the existing wet foam roofing and insulation, installed a new wood roof deck, replaced all of the sheet metal flashings and installed a new spray polyurethane foam roof on both buildings.

In 2013, we also worked with McMinn County Schools on replacing the roof of EK Baker Elementary School in Athens, Tennessee, a small (but important) 1,000 sq foot of commercial roof.
