Gravel Roof Removal – Gravel ballast is placed over EPDM and asphalt-based roofing to protect it from UV degradation and to provide wind up-lift resistance during high winds. When the EPDM roof needs replaced, a complicated and labor-intensive removal is required. West Roofing Systems can remove both large ballast and small pea gravel with minimal dust and debris during the removal process.
