The company and person I dealt with were very nice and professional. Asked for pricing to do a coating system on a metal roof and got the pricing back within a couple of days and pricing was very competitive. We selected West Roofing as they alleviated any concerns we had with this big of an investment. We obtained many quotes but Brian and Ryan provided a detailed proposal and explained step by step how they were going to proceed and what they were going to do. They educated us on the process would work and did not try to oversell us. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, and calls every day to see if we had made a decision. What you saw was what you got = consummate professionals. We actually postponed the project for a year and they were the only company we brought back. Their communication was above and beyond - they kept us advised every step of the way. They made sure to cover any vehicles in our parking lot in case a breeze might cause overspray and possible damage. At the end of the project, we walked the roof together to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. The team they sent was very professional, courteous, and outgoing. If we had to do it all over, we’d select them again.

We contracted West Roofing to replace our 12 year old roof. The cost was pretty comparable to our built-up modified roof. The old roof had seams and penetrations all over it, from day 1. The new roof is completely seamless. I was doubtful that we would get it installed this season, as time was running out. We were able to schedule and get it installed. The crew worked over time to make sure that we were water tight. They did a nice job cleaning up. The next day it rained all day. I don't think I would ever choose another system, for a flat roof.
